Description:

ÉLAN 1% Oxidant is designed for mixing with ÉLAN professional line eyebrow gel tint.

How to use:

1. Cleanse the hairs and skin before the eyebrow-tinting procedure.
2. Create the desired eyebrow shape.
3. Mix the eyebrow gel tint with 1% Oxidant in a non-metallic container in a 1:1 ratio.
4. Apply the prepared tinting mixture to the eyebrows and leave for 5–15 minutes, depending on the desired result.
5. Remove the tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE; finish the procedure with ÉLAN COLOUR FIX.

Precautions:

Contains hydrogen peroxide. Perform an allergy test 48 hours before use. For professional use only; avoid eye contact and rinse immediately with water if contact occurs.
