How to use:

LIGHT technique: lightening brow hairs by 1–2 tones (without subsequent tinting)

1. Mix «Ultramarine powder for lightening brows NEW FORMULA» by ELAN professional line with Oxidizing emulsion 3.5% by ELAN professional line in a 1:3 ratio (one part powder and three parts oxidizing emulsion).
2. At the first stage of the procedure, apply the lightening mixture to the thicker hairs, and at the second stage distribute it over the entire surface of the brows using a brush.
3. Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture on for 1–3 minutes.
4. If the desired result is achieved, wash off the lightening mixture using a cotton pad moistened with water.
5. If you need to achieve a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.
6. To complete the chemical reaction, apply «ELAN professional line Cleansing detox mousse for brows and lashes with a bactericidal effect» to the brows and remove the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.
7. As a leave-in care after the lightening procedure, it is recommended to use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX color-fixing fluid for brows and lashes with keratin and sunflower oil». Important! When performing a repeat lightening procedure, apply the lightening mixture only to the regrown part of the brow hairs, using a thin brush (for example, ELAN professional line Professional makeup brush BLACKWOOD #1).
