Care Balm will strengthen lashes and brows over night with active ingredients including Vitamin E, wheat germ oil and castor oil. It should be used 2-3 times a week for best results. Usage: Simply apply 3-4 times a week before going to bed with our easy-to-use applicator and leave the Care Balm on as an overnight treatment. Tip: Don’t apply the Care Balm within 24 hours after tinting because its high fat content can affect the tinting result.
